Your room will be ready for you from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after 7 p.m., please let us know in advance. Meals begin with a welcome snack and end with breakfast on the day of departure. On the day of departure, we ask that you vacate your room by 10 a.m. You are welcome to arrive from 10 a.m. on the day of arrival and use the entire hotel infrastructure free of charge. On the day of departure, you can stay at the hotel until 2 p.m. and use everything. Lunch can be booked on the day of arrival and departure for an additional charge (€20 per adult and €10 per child aged 3 and above). 

We generally recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance so that you can look forward to your stay with us with complete peace of mind.

You can pay on site in cash, by debit card with Maestro function or by credit card (Visa, Mastercard). Due to security restrictions and limits, debit and credit card withdrawals above a certain amount are sometimes rejected. We recommend that you transfer the remaining amount to our account (Ramsi GmbH) shortly before the start of your holiday.

Yes, you can park directly at our Kinderhotel Ramsi free of charge.

You are welcome to bring your four-legged friends with you. However, dogs are only allowed in the Schmetterling, Flipp and Sonnenschein room types and in the Tiny Houses. Please do not take your dog into the restaurant area (dining rooms). Your four-legged friend must be kept on a lead in the courtyard.

Costs per dog: 20 euros/day (without food).

The Nassfeld Gailtal Gitschtal Shuttle takes you comfortably from the nearest airports or railway stations to us. If you are travelling by train, you can also use Rail&Drive or e-car sharing.

Hmmm ... let's think about it. Actually, you only need to pack your baby's personal items such as clothes, cuddly toys, nappies and favourite toys. We'll prepare everything else for you.

Naturally! HiPP baby food is available for both small and large meals.

We have jars and porridges in many flavours. You can also order fresh vegetable purees from our kitchen. Bibs and crockery are of course also available.

Nope. Baby and childcare in our Ramsi Kids Club is already included in your holiday price.

Not much at all. Simply register your children for childcare at reception the evening before. Then bring them along the next day with a completed child passport. Please don't forget outdoor and spare clothing. Our child carers will await and greet your children in front of the Kids Club.

These are our childcare times:

Loving baby care (6 to 35 months): 40 hours per week from Sunday to Friday 

Loving childcare (from 35 months): 62 hours per week from Monday to Friday 

Of course there is! For general refreshment, we are happy to offer your children lunch together with the carers in the Kids Club. As for beverages, only our good mountain spring water is available to drink in the Kids Club.

Our baby carers will lovingly look after your little ones and make sure they have everything they need. We only ask that you bring a bag with nappies, wet wipes, spare clothes, outdoor clothing and dummies labelled with your name. Unfortunately, you are not allowed to bring your own toys. However, a cuddly toy for comforting is allowed (if absolutely necessary).

Yes, of course. We have prepared bathrobes and bath towels for adults and children (in many sizes). Children's bathrobes are available at the reception.

Throughout the day, you can get your favourite juices and (mineral) water from our drinks fountain. The coffee machine is also available from early in the morning until late at night – for aromatic teas, fragrant coffee specialities and creamy cocoa. It is regularly cleaned and sanitised. However, we ask you to accompany and supervise your children at these two "refreshment stations".

Of course! We are very happy to accommodate that. But please let us know before you arrive so that we can prepare everything.

The children's indoor pool and panoramic indoor pool are open all day from 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

Our Alpen-Spa is open to adults and young people aged 16 and over. Here you can choose between three saunas (steam bath, Finnish sauna, sanarium), which are heated up for you from 2 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. Several times a week there is a moonlight sauna until 10 p.m.

The family sauna in the children's indoor pool is open from 2 p.m. to 6.30 pm.

The valley station of the mountain railway is only a 5-minute drive from our Ramsi Family Hotel. Up on the Nassfeld, you can go hiking and enjoy the mountains in summer. In winter, Carinthia's largest ski area awaits you here with 110 kilometres of perfectly groomed pistes.

Nassfeld ski passes are available at the hotel: You can buy your day and week passes conveniently at our reception.

In our Windelskischule right next to the hotel, even the youngest skiers from 2.5 to 4 years old can learn to ski. Our partner dieskischule.at offers ski courses for beginners and advanced skiers, including a return journey to/from the ski area and supervision, for piste racers aged 4 and over.

We have ski equipment in the hotel for our youngest skiers (2.5 to 4 years), who learn to ski in the Ramsi Windelskischule right next to the hotel. We are happy to provide this for you. All others are welcome to hire the equipment they need directly from Sport Sölle in the Nassfeld ski area.

Yes, you are very welcome to do so. We have a small arsenal of sledges, bobsleighs and toboggans in all sizes (for babies, children and adults) that you can borrow free of charge.
