In our restaurant, we spoil you with lovingly prepared regional and international dishes. We prefer local and seasonal products. Meat, fish and vegetarian dishes are served daily. We add passion and fine herbs from Ramsi's herb garden. And the delicacies from the Alpine-Adriatic cuisine are ready for serving.

CARINTHIAN CUISINE AND DISHES FROM THE ALPINE-ADRIATIC REGION.

Our head chef Christoph likes to combine tradition and modernity – and several cultures to boot. Carinthia is located in the Alpine-Adriatic region, right next to Italy and Slovenia, which is also reflected in our cuisine. For example, Carinthian cheese noodles, Italian seafood creations or Slovenian cevapcici are reinterpreted and given a very individual Ramsi flavour.

GOURMET BREAKFAST FROM THE BUFFET.

We start the day with a delicious gourmet breakfast from the buffet: with fresh waffles, warm desserts and hearty egg dishes with bacon prepared in the front cooking area, an organic section, bread and pastries, muesli, freshly squeezed juices, cold meats, cheese, spreads, fruit, vegetables, HiPP baby breakfast section and much more. Coffee, tea and other hot drinks are of course also available.

LUNCH AND AFTERNOON SNACK.

At lunchtime, we will spoil you with a delicious lunch. There is a soup with various garnishes, three main courses, salads and dessert from the buffet. A little later, you can enjoy a treat with homemade cakes, ice cream from the ice cream cart or something savoury. There is also a drinks fountain, coffee corner, baby corner and fresh fruit available throughout the day.

FIVE-COURSE GOURMET MENU IN THE EVENING.

In the evening, we take you on a culinary journey to the peak of indulgence – with an excellent five-course gourmet menu. We serve delicious fresh dishes in the restaurant. You can get whatever you want from the salad bar, cheese board and drinks fountain. Carinthian draught beer and quality wines from Austria are also included with dinner and are complimentary.

A fragrant sea of dill, thyme, basil, edible flowers and more

Ramsi has its own herb garden in the family hotel. Countless herbs, edible flowers, shrubs and lettuces grow here, which we use in the Ramsi kitchen. They are super fresh and full of vitamins. Spicy little plants such as dill, thyme, basil, nasturtium, cucumber herb, wild carrots and much more grow in lovingly created herb snails and beds.

RESTAURANT, SUN TERRACE AND RAMSI IMP BAR.

Eating, drinking and cosiness go hand in hand here. From our restaurant and the sun terrace you have a fantastic panoramic view of the surrounding mountains. Here you can feast and savour to your heart's content. And in the Ramsi Imp Bar with its Swedish fireplace and cosy loungers, you can experience our bar team in top form in the evening.
