It was a great ski vacation. The staff made our stay easy and comfortable, helping us with coordinating our children's ski lessons and child care. Our children already want to come back for our next ski break!

We had a wonderful winter stay at this family hotel and can truly say it was an excellent experience for our entire family. The hotel fully lives up to its reputation as a family-friendly destination, offering a comfortable, welcoming, and well-organized environment that makes traveling with children genuinely relaxing.
A special highlight of our stay was the service team during meals. The atmosphere in the restaurant was consistently warm, pleasant, and relaxed, largely thanks to the outstanding staff. Every meal was accompanied by friendly smiles, attentiveness, and a genuine sense of care for guests. The team was exceptionally kind, patient, and accommodating, creating an environment where families felt truly welcome and at ease.
The combination of professional service and a sincere, positive attitude made dining not just a routine part of the day, but one of the most enjoyable aspects of our stay. It is clear that the service team takes great pride in what they do, and their positive energy significantly enhanced our overall experience.

As I said to the woman that was checking us out. I enjoyed every second being there. Everything was so organised and done to perfection. I felt like a was at home such warm and pleasent energy. Keep up the great work.
