Reservations at Ramsi's

Ramsi-Reservation.
After you make a reservation with us by telephone or e-mail, we will send you a letter confirming your reservation. The reservation/bookins is then binding as far as we are concerned when you have sent us the Ramsi's reservationform (fax, PDF, JPG) and the EUR 100,- deposit per person has been credited to our account.

We recommend that you take outour travel and holiday cancellation insurance (no excess). The insurance premium (5 % of the holiday cost) is transferred to our account with your deposit. It covers all cancellations costs e.g. in the event of sudden illness involving a hospital stay, accidents or death of the insured and his/her family members, plus significant damage to/loss of property.

Arrival and departure (railway or plane ticket, motor rail,...), ski passes and skiing lessons are not covered.
If you have taken out your own holiday insurance, you will have to settle any claims with your insurer yourself.

Cancellations at Ramsi's

Holiday Cancellations (by registered letter only).
In the event of cancellation up to 3 months before the start of the holiday, you will be refunded your deposit minus a handling fee of EUR 30,00. In the event of cancellation between 3 months and 1 month before the start of the holiday, we retain 40% of the cost of the holiday. In the event of cancellation between 1 month and 1 week before the start of the holiday, we deduct 70% of the cost of the holiday. In the event of cancellation during the final week before the holiday, we deduct 90% of the cost of the holiday. This also applies in the event of late arrival of early departure.

Miscellaneous
The arrangement of furniture and room layouts in the sketches (prices & packages Summer or Winter) differs from room to room. All children's rooms can be completely blacked out.
The apartments/rooms you have booked are available for occupationdrom 15.00 (16.00 on Saturdays).
The meal arrangment starts with dinner and ends with breakfast on the day of departure.
Please vacate your apartment/room by 10.00 on the day of departure. If you want to stay at the hotel for longer, we charge € 6,- per person for the lunchtime snack and € 3,- per person for cake, coffee, tea and hot chocolate in the afternoon.
For the sake of your children the whole hotel is non-smoking (ashtrays are located on the balcony/terrace).

Paying your hotel bill
YOur account can be settled in cash (Euro) or by bank transfer shortly before your holiday is due to stars to our Austrian account aith Raika Hermagor, account number 31617, sort code 39543 (IBAN AT49 3954 3000 0003 1617, BIC RZKTAT2K543), or to our German account with Sparkasse Berchtesgardenerland, account number 360446, sort code 71050000. We accept Maestro debit cars, but no credit cards!
